What information helps when you call

To speed up the diagnosis, when you call have ready:

• Your address & postcode — for an accurate ETA
• Brief description of the problem — what's happening, when it started
• Boiler brand & model if it's a boiler issue (often on a sticker on the unit)
• Any error codes on the boiler display (F22, F75, EA, etc.)
• Whether it's an emergency (water flowing, no heat in winter, etc.) or can wait
